Step 1: Make sure your cable is connected to the internet

Please make sure your device is connected to the internet either via Wifi or with a network cable. Your OSCA cable is connected to our servers once the green LED on the network port is solid.

Step 2: Go to https://osca.obd.help

You can now direct your web browser to https://osca.obd.help from any device. You will be presented with a login screen, please log in with the details provided in the welcome email. Then enter the cable serial number, located on the white sticker on the underside of the cable to connect to our team.

Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to start work

Once you have logged in, you can follow the on-screen instructions. This will include entering any vehicle details that have not been auto-detected. Once you start your ticket with our team, you will be presented with a chat box to talk to the technician that will be completing your work.
