What is your role here at OSCA?

Remote Diagnostic Technicians VW Specialist.

What is your background?

Worked with Skoda and VWAG group for VW. I worked for OSCA for around 2.5 years.

What is your favourite part of working for OSCA?

Team atmosphere and the ability to help others with knowledge gained throughout the years. Having a crashed vehicle come onto the OSCA service that has not been driven for months and then working out the issues and parts required to run it again.

Can you tell us about a funny moment from your time here?

Telling Donna that a customer had left his wallet on the roof of his car. After looking out the window, she ran down and found out it was just a roof vent. She was not pleased.

And finally, can you give us 3 fun facts about yourself?

  1. I play an awful lot of Video Games
  2. Enjoy live music, normally heavy metal
  3. I love animals, especially my Dachshund
