What is your role here at OSCA?
Trainee Remote Technician
What is your background?
Before joining OSCA, I was a driving instructor for 12 years. I have worked for OSCA for a year and a half.
What is your favourite part of working for OSCA?
Working as part of a team after being self-employed and sitting in the car with one person at a time in my last job is nice. I get great job satisfaction when completing jobs and helping customers, especially when they're thankful.
Can you tell us about a funny moment from your time here?
We have some great laughs in the office. A stand-out one was when Keiron walked into the office wearing an inflatable dinosaur costume— and another time, wearing a horse's head!
And finally, can you give us 3 fun facts about yourself?
Our team is the foundation of everything we do at OSCA. Each of our team members are crucial to OSCA so we can continue to provide high-quality remote diagnostics to our wonderful customers. Outside of Andrew’s time dabbling in a spot of football or golf, training in the gym or sitting in the pub, he is on standby to assist you with your automotive diagnostical needs. So, listen out for him next time you connect with our team via the OSCA server!
