As the Easter Bank Holiday approaches, we want to ensure your workshop stays productive and your jobs stay on track. Because OSCA connects you with our live network of master technicians, it’s important to plan your diagnostic and programming tasks around our holiday service hours. Whether you have a module to code, a complex key to program, or a diagnostic fault to clear, please take note of when our technicians will be available to assist you.

Top Tip: Clear Your Backlog Before the Weekend

If you have vehicles in the workshop requiring remote coding or ADAS calibration, we recommend starting these jobs by Wednesday, April 1st. This ensures our technicians have ample time to complete the work and troubleshoot any vehicle-side issues before the bank holiday shutdown begins.

Can I still use the OSCA Cable?

While our live technicians will be offline from Good Friday through Easter Monday, you can still use your OSCA tool to check our Application List or prepare vehicles for Tuesday morning. Any support tickets or job requests submitted over the weekend will be handled in the order they were received, starting Tuesday at 8:30 AM.
